Menopause for All: Care That Reaches Every Woman

Perry and The National Menopause Foundation are the powerhouse platforms behind Menopause for All.

Built by and for women, Perry began as a digital community offering connection and expert-backed support during perimenopause. Today, Perry is expanding that mission offline—working at the intersection of digital innovation and grassroots care to make sure no woman is left behind.

The National Menopause Foundation is a trusted voice in women’s health advocacy. Through research, education, and policy work, the Foundation is committed to advancing public understanding of menopause and ensuring it’s treated as the vital health topic it is. Their partnership helps ground Menopause for All in evidence-based practices and long-term systemic change.

Together, we’re combining community, clinical expertise, and advocacy to deliver menopause support that is relevant, real, and actionable.

Menopause affects every woman—but not every woman gets the care, clarity, and support she deserves.

Menopause for All was created to change that.

We believe menopause care should be local, personal, and accessible. From trusted medical professionals and wellness experts to culturally sensitive support groups, we help women connect with resources in their own communities—because navigating menopause shouldn't be done alone or in the dark.

What We Stand For

Menopause for All exists to make menopause care more equitable, practical, and connected to real life.

  • Educate with Clarity
We provide expert-backed, easy-to-understand information on menopause, its symptoms, and how to manage them—without shame or confusion.

  • Support Through Community
We create spaces for women to connect, share, and learn from each other—whether it’s a support group in your neighborhood or a workshop with local health providers.

  • Advocate for Better Care
We partner with providers, employers, and policymakers to improve access, affordability, and quality of menopause care, especially in underserved communities.

Local, Actionable Solutions That Matter

We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. That’s why our work starts in communities—especially those often overlooked. Our approach includes:

  • Workshops and Wellness Events
Expert-led sessions in real-life settings—libraries, clinics, community centers—where women can ask questions and build their own menopause care plans.

  • Care Navigation Tools
From symptom trackers to local provider directories, we help women understand their options and take the next step with confidence.

  • Real Conversations, Real Stories
We encourage women to speak openly about their experiences—building connection, reducing stigma, and changing the culture around menopause.
